This bathroom was in tough shape - deteriorating over time to the point of a hazard. But after this decades overdue remodel was complete, it is now safe & so much prettier.
Scope of Work:
Rip up existing flooring (includes removal of toilet/vanity in order to do so)
Replace rotten section of floor under toilet area
Make necessary repairs/replacements to pipe under toilet
Install new flooring in entire bathroom, including closet
Install new toilet with all accompanying hardware
Make necessary repairs/replacements to faucet (after reinstating vanity in bathroom)
Paint baseboard heater
Put baseshoe around bathtub and vanity
Paint & caulk baseboards
Caulk around sink and repair broken water valves under sink
